It sucks having to relive everything, but it's better than being hunted by the Alpha for breaking his rules. This time though, everything changes. When the Wild Moon finally shows me my mate, my last spark of hope dies. It's him. The man who destroyed my life. There's no way I'm letting that happen. Instead I'm leaving town for good, and while I'm at it, I'm going to find my parents. Even if rejecting the bond kills me. Because anything is better than being Soulbound to him.

It coulda been worse. That's the "working epitaph" of 15-year-old Moon Landing. Not that Moon's death is imminent-far from it-but his thoughts have turned to gallows humor, as his world disintegrates along with his parents' marriage. His older brother skateboards through life with ease, but Moon is deeply troubled. Just as he is solving for romantic unknowns with a gorgeous older girl, Moon must contend with his dad's sudden absence, his mom-gone-wild's sexcapades, and his best friends' curious penchant for self-destruction. Not to mention his newfound role in agitating to end an African guerrilla's bloody rampage. To make sense of it all, Moon embarks on a quest to unravel the riddle of God's injustice to man. In this humorous and touching coming-of-age novel, Moon struggles to understand his parents-who they are, what brought them together, what broke them apart-and what that all means for his future.

‘Poems’ was published at Wilde’s expense less than 10 years before he wrote his acclaimed novel, ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray.’ It contains some of his best-loved poetry, including ‘Ravenna,’ ‘The Ballad of Reading Gaol,’ and ‘Sonnet On Hearing The Dies Irae Sung In The Sistine Chapel.’ Despite being criticised in the Press, ‘Poems’ sold out during its first run and further editions had to be printed in the same year. Wilde went on to gift copies of the book to assorted dignitaries, including Albert Edward, the then Prince of Wales. The anthology is an insightful exploration of human emotions and a landmark in his career. Oscar Wilde (1854 – 1900) was an Irish novelist, poet, playwright, and wit. He was an advocate of the Aesthetic movement, which extolled the virtues of art for the sake of art. During his career, Wilde wrote nine plays, including ‘The Importance of Being Earnest,’ ‘Lady Windermere’s Fan,’ and ‘A Woman of No Importance,’ many of which are still performed today. His only novel, ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’ was adapted for the silver screen, in the film, ‘Dorian Gray,’ starring Ben Barnes and Colin Firth. In addition, Wilde wrote 43 poems, and seven essays. His life was the subject of a film, starring Stephen Fry.
