West Springs, Ltd is a company incor porated on the 14th day of June, 1918, with liability limited by shares under the Companies Act, 1909 (transvaal). The capital of the company is the whole of which was underwritten at par by the anglo-american Corporation of South Africa, Ltd., and of this amount has now been privately subscribed. Of these shares will be paid for in full, and will be paid for as to 28. Per share in cash: thebalance of 183. Per share being pay able as and when required by the company. The remaining fully-paid shares are now offered for subscription at par.
