Teaching the Word of God involves explaining and expounding the Word of God, so that it can be well understood by the Believers. Teaching may involve changing someone's ideas and thoughts by showing or telling someone how they should behave, what they should think on, and what they should believe. To explain the Bible (the Scripture) is to make it clear or easy to understand. To expound the Word of God is to explain or talk about it in detail. Teaching the Believers gets them established in the Faith and in the Word of God. It is a way of getting them mature. Teaching the Believers the Word of God gets them rooted in God and His Word. This book is about the teaching ministry.
The music ministry is considered as one of the ministry of helps. It is not listed as one of the five ministry-gifts of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, although any person with any of the ministry-gifts may have the music ministry upon him. The music ministry helps both the ministers of the Gospel and the other Believers in the Body of Christ Jesus. Music lifts up the spirit of man, and it draws the Presence of God to the scene. The Bible says, "But Thou art holy, O Thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel" (Psa. 22:3). God inhabits (and is enthroned in) the praises of His people. You remember that the Lord Jesus Christ says that wherever two or three persons are gathered together in His Name, He is there with them in their midst!
A Biblical and New Testament evangelist is someone who is called by God specially into the evangelistic ministry - the ministry of bringing sinners and unbelievers to repentance and Acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Evangelists have great passion and zeal for the souls of men; and to help them fulfil their ministry, God anoints them with special anointing to give proof to the Message of the Gospel that they preach. Evangelists have special gifting in the area(s) of the gifts of healings or/and working of miracles. This does not mean, however, that it is only evangelists that have (or can have) the gifts of healings and working of miracles. This book describes the ministry of the evangelists.
