This volume is a collection of essays, as well as the text of the treaty and letters to and from members of the government. The basis for the Committee's opposition to the treaty is that it does not punish the perpetrators of the Armenian genocide. Moreover the Committee asserts the right of Armenians to an independent state supported by the United States.
