John Vibber was born 25 October 1689. He married Johanna Williams, daughter of Thomas Williams and Joanna, 19 July 1711 in Montville, Connecticut. They had eleven children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York. Michigan and Oklahoma.

Mathew Woodruff immigrated to Hartford, Connecticut, probably in the 1640's, and settled in Farmington in 1653. He died in 1682.
