This document is the full text of the Regional Workshop on Identification of Pollution Hot Spots in the East Asian Seas Region, held in Thailand, in August 2002. The workshop was convened so that the nine participating countries of the East Asian Seas (EAS) region could compare and update information concerning their principal sources of pollution. The document includes detailed country reports from Australia, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand, which identify and discuss the major pollution sources in their respective countries.
