The Joint Warrior Interoperability Demonstration (JWID) 97 involved engineering teams from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and provided a forum to test information transfer functionality & interoperability in a joint & combined environment. This note describes a procedure for measuring the transmission delay induced in the coalition network by the Sagus Corporation Security Gateway. The basic testing approach is described along with the attendant statistical test of significance, which is based on a randomization test.
