God Is Still On The Throne is based on the spiritual journey of both Pastors Jesse and Shawn Camarillo. During this account, you will witness the development and the testing of this couple's faith. It is their intent to breathe hope into the life of the believer by testifying about the goodness of God. In a day where many find themselves questioning if God is still performing miracles, the Camarillos wish to restore and strengthen the faith of the believer by revealing to them that miracles are still being experienced and that God Is Still On The Throne. Pastors Jesse and Shawn Camarillo have been married for over twenty-four years, have five beautiful children, and have been serving in ministry for over twenty-one years. Due to Pastor Jesse's twenty-six years of military service and constant relocation, Pastors Camarillo served in various capacities within several ministries in the United States and abroad in Germany. Both Jesse and Shawn accepted the calling of Pastor and were ordained on April 5, 2009 to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ. From April 2009 until August 2015, Pastors Camarillo continued to help other ministries develop disciples for the body of Christ. On August 2015, Pastors Camarillo launched out in faith under the direction of the Holy Spirit and established Redeemed Faith Ministries. Their primary mission is to make disciples by teaching them the gospel in its most simplistic form.

Our marriages, our parenting, and our homemaking will be transformed. Mommy-blogger Courtney Joseph is a cheerful realist. She tackles the challenge of holding onto vintage values in a modern world, starting with the keys to protecting our walk with God. No subject is off-limits as she moves on to marriage, parenting, and household management. Rooted in the Bible, her practical approach includes tons of tips that are perfect for busy moms, including: Simple Solutions for Studying God’s Word How to Handle Marriage, Parenting, and Homemaking in a Digital Age 10 Steps to Completing Your Husband Dealing With Disappointed Expectations in Motherhood Creating Routines that Bring Rest Pursuing the Discipline and Diligence of the Proverbs 31 Woman There is nothing more important than fostering your faith, building your marriage, training your children, and creating a haven for your family. "C.L. Franklin, the most imitated soul preacher in history, was a combination of soul and science and substance and sweetness."--Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, from the Foreword Few black preachers have been better known that the Reverend C. L. Franklin; none has been considered a better preacher. This collection of twenty of Franklin's best sermons shows the development of his style. A learned man, Franklin had attended both seminary and college, yet in his sermons used the old-fashioned, extemporaneous style of preaching, "whooping" or chanting, combining oratory and intoned poetry to reach both head and heart. Dozens of Franklin's sermons were released on record albums, and he went on preaching tours with gospel groups that included his daughter, Aretha Franklin, reaching virtually every corner of the United States. This volume begins with Franklin's life history, told in his own words. In an afterword, Jeff Titon reviews the African-American sermon tradition and Franklin's place in it.

The world we live in today is driven by communication. It’s never been so easy to hear from family and friends. Media sources can be accessed almost immediately. We read, hear, and consume more information than generations before us would’ve ever thought possible. We can hear any voice we desire to hear instantly. Why is there such a struggle to hear from God? Does the God who created the universe still speak to us today? And if so, why can’t we hear what He’s saying? He still speaks, and He’s provided everything we need to learn to hear Him.
#1 New York Times bestseller with more than 11 million copies sold! When 4-year-old Colton Burpo emerges from life-saving surgery with remarkable stories of his visit to heaven, his family doesn’t know what to believe. Heaven is For Real details what Colton saw and his family’s journey towards accepting their young son had visited the afterlife. “Do you remember the hospital, Colton?” Sonja said. “Yes, mommy, I remember,” he said. “That’s where the angels sang to me.” Colton told his parents he left his body during an emergency surgery–and proved that claim by describing exactly what his parents were doing in another part of the hospital during his operation. He talked of visiting heaven and described events that happened before he was born and how he spoke with family members he’d never met. Colton also astonished his parents with descriptions and obscure details about heaven that matched the Bible exactly, even though he had not yet learned to read. With disarming innocence and the plainspoken boldness of a child, Colton recounts his visit to heaven, describing: Meeting long-departed family members Jesus, the angels, how “really, really big” God is, and how much God loves us How Jesus called Todd, Colton’s father, to be a pastor The Battle of Armageddon Retold by his father, but using Colton’s uniquely simple words, Heaven Is for Real offers a glimpse of the world that awaits us, where as Colton says, “Nobody is old and nobody wears glasses.” Heaven Is for Real will forever change the way you think of eternity, offering the chance to see, and believe, like a child. Praise for Heaven is for Real: “A beautifully written glimpse into heaven that will encourage those who doubt and thrill those who believe.” —Ron Hall, coauthor of Same Kind of Different as Me
"Echoes of "The Great Awakening"" Jonathan Edwards is primarily remembered today as a gifted and influential theologian. But in eighteenth-century America, his preaching resounded from pulpits throughout New England, sparking the flame of revival that became the "Great Awakening." As the fame of this Puritan pastor and preacher of revival spread far and wide, his sermons galvanized many of his listeners into reexamining their lives and faith. Ever alert to the dangers of the religiously complacent--those who only observed the surface requirements of religion--Edwards tirelessly proclaimed the overpowering majesty and grandeur of God, and humanity's hopelessness for moral improvement short of his grace. This stirring selection of 20 messages allows readers to experience the words that swept through this young nation with a message of repentance and a call to action.
