As the ABRSM grade 5 Music Theory exam will take place online from 2020 onwards, nearly all of the questions will become multiple choices questions. The online test will be more focused on analysis instead of simply writing your own answers. Though the topics that will appear in the exam will remain the same as before, all students have to get used to the new format of the exam. This book is written for students who are going to take the grade 5 Music Theory exam in the new format (i.e. the online test format from 2020 onwards).
