Inicialmente quería elaborar un manual de liderazgo, pero tras un largo estudio me di cuenta de que el objetivo de la información de este libro no debía ser ese. Así que he decidido proponer un conjunto de 111 leyes sobre los líderes y el liderazgo. Este libro representa mis expectativas de un verdadero gran líder. Representa la suma de cualidades y la forma en que un líder debe pensar y actuar para que su equipo u organización prospere. Primero quería exponerlas en un orden claro, pero entiendo que puedes volver a estas leyes cuando quieras, sobre los aspectos propuestos. He elegido esta forma de presentación porque quiero que cada uno de ustedes comience a experimentar las 111 leyes del poder del liderazgo. Empezar a escribir todos esos pensamientos de los que te sientes orgulloso y que pueden hacerte mejorar en tu relación con los demás. Este es sólo un primer paso, pero la influencia se gana con pequeños y firmes pasos. El liderazgo es un reto, por lo que hay que plantearse una pregunta clara: ¿Cuáles son los retos a los que nos enfrentamos cada día?
