The circumstances of the April 26, 1986, explosion at the Chernobyl power plant in Ukraine raises questions about its classification as accidental. Ed Crowe, an English-born travel agent living on Oakville, Ontario, Canada, maintains his involvement as a special consultant with the British Secret Intelligence ServiceMI6taking advantage of his Canadian passport.
