The Eartheart Experience PLAN-ET . . . A Plan called EarthearT The Eartheart Experience is a philosophy transcending all that separate us. Based upon our two most basic, essential elements our EARTH, our home EXternal and our HEART, our home INternal, these two "common denominators" to every one of us, create a platform for us to all "come together" in a spirit of love and beauty emanating from Divine Expression. It is not happenstance, nor coincidence, that these two most important elements to our existence happen to have exact same characters, in exact same sequence, with exact same numerological value. It is not mere happenstance that Matthew 12: verse 40, of the Holy Bible, King James Version quotes Jesus saying; "As Jonas lay in the belly of the whale for three days and three nights so shall the Son of man lay in the HEART of the EARTH." E ""A ""R ""T ""H ""E ""A ""R ""T "The Eartheart Experience" points us homeward toward our spiritual, mystical essence. This philosophical perspective gives glimpse to an underlying "Truth Reality" showing us there is more than meets the eye in life. The EarthearT Experience is an expression of the flow of "grace". This "FLOW" expresses a "FLOWer" of higher consciousness and greater awareness. A deeper level of reality is that we all come from the same Source of Life. It is this Source of Life that awakens each of us into every new day. This is a common truth for us all. How real do YOU want to get? The answer determines how well we get to know ourselves. A must do! "The EARTH is our HOME . . .HOME is where the HEART is." A "perfect alignment" for ENLIGHTENED ILLUMINATED LIVING. YOUniverse is the book. God is the author. Charles Lallo
A plague has ravaged the population of gold dwarves of the Great Rift. It starts slowly, but the progression is devastating. One dwarf has eyes that have become hard and glassy like marbles; a second dwarf has skin that flakes off in sharp, hardened scales; the skeleton of a third is petrified and fused in place; a fourth wastes away with blood that has turned dark and muddy. Clerical magic doesn't help. Neither do herbal remedies, nor spells meant to break curses. And in all cases, death is always the same--the heart blackens, hardens, and eventually stops beating, killing each victim with a heart attack and turning the bodies to stone. It's called the Stoneplague. It's terrifying. And it's spreading.

Today, managers and leaders of organizations, in both the private sector and civil society, are being challenged as never before to find ways to play a proactive role in addressing the concerns of sustainable development. But they are often overwhelmed by a bombardment of conflicting messages from the media, shareholders, customers, employees, and NGOs. The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook helps managers deal with this confusion. It teaches them how to strike a better balance, moving from an "either/or" mind-set to one that holistically embraces social, environmental and economic issues simultaneously. It addresses the "what" ("what is a sustainable strategy for a company or organization?") as well as the "how" ("how do we go about building a sustainable enterprise?"). The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook has been put together by an outstanding network of experts from business (Microsoft, Sony, Philips, and AIG), consultancies, and academia. Its aim is to teach and guide leaders, managers, practitioners, students, and professors in every sector of society, and in every industry, in creating a successful and sustainable enterprise. By making the steps needed clear, understandable, and simple to follow, the book naturally engages readers in their journey and encourages their participation in three key ways: by increasing their understanding and awareness of what sustainability means at a conceptual and practical, as well as a personal, level; by energizing and expanding people's commitment to building sustainable enterprises; and by providing readers with extensive tools and techniques so they can individually and collectively take actions that will improve the social, environmental, and economic performance of their organizations in both the short and long term. Each chapter of the book illustrates through models, tools, cases, stories, and examples from a wide range of companies how to integrate sustainability into the day-to-day realities of running a business. Managers are coached, facilitated, and guided to enable them to create a better balance between the short and long term, to help them to become change agents in their organizations and to provide answers to the question "How do I make a difference?" Some of the areas covered are leadership, strategy, managing change, employee engagement, metrics and measurement, networks, and globalization. Readers of The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook will find access to the innovative Living Fieldbook, which is an online community support service providing ongoing updated assistance in building a sustainable enterprise. The Sustainable Enterprise Fieldbook offers an ingredient that has been missing in the enormous outpouring of information on organizations and sustainability: an holistic integration of solutions, which will make the journey personal for each reader.

In her own words, Ruth Bader Ginsburg offers an intimate look at her life and career, through an extraordinary series of conversations with the head of the National Constitution Center. This remarkable book presents a unique portrait of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, drawing on more than twenty years of conversations with Jeffrey Rosen, starting in the 1990s and continuing through the Trump era. Rosen, a veteran legal journalist, scholar, and president of the National Constitution Center, shares with us the justice’s observations on a variety of topics, and her intellect, compassion, sense of humor, and humanity shine through. The affection they have for each other as friends is apparent in their banter and in their shared love for the Constitution—and for opera. In Conversations with RBG, Justice Ginsburg discusses the future of Roe v. Wade, her favorite dissents, the cases she would most like to see overruled, the #MeToo movement, how to be a good listener, how to lead a productive and compassionate life, and of course the future of the Supreme Court itself. These frank exchanges illuminate the steely determination, self-mastery, and wit that have inspired Americans of all ages to embrace the woman known to all as “Notorious RBG.” Whatever the topic, Justice Ginsburg always has something interesting—and often surprising—to say. And while few of us will ever have the opportunity to chat with her face-to-face, Jeffrey Rosen brings us by her side as never before. Conversations with RBG is a deeply felt portrait of an American hero.
