Excerpt from Biennial Report of the Board of State Harbor Commissioners, Port of San Francisco: For the Fiscal Years Commencing July 1, 1926, and Ending June 30, 1928 The present members of the Board of State Harbor Commissioners took office on February 15, 1927, and, therefore, have served in such capacity less than one year and five months of the biennium covered by this report. The business of the Port of San Francisco for the two fiscal years from July 1, 1926, to June 30, 1928, has increased materially over that of the previous biennium. Cargo passing over the piers during the last biennium amounted to 21 937 tons, an increase of 1 525 tons, or 5. 9 per cent over the preceding two years.
