Benjamin Wilson was born 6 January 1733 in James City County, Virginia. His parents were Willis Wilson (1706-1740) and Elizabeth Goodrich. He married Anne Seay (1725-1814), daughter of James Seay, in 1754. They had thirteen children. He died in 1814. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, Kentucky, Mississippi and Louisiana. Consists mainly of correspondence.
