This study is a first step toward achieving coordinated transportation services in Webster County. It presents some of the present conditions of the county that undoubtedly influence the demand, both present and future, for public transportation. Also included is a summary of the agencies and organizations that presently operate various types of transit programs in the effort to meet the needs of their clients. Finally, the study evaluates the present situation and makes some recommendations for future action that might improve both the efficiency and the availability of transportation for the people of Webster County.
