Volume one recording contains meeting notes, votes, articles of agreement among the proprietors, and a copy of an act of incorporation for the Washington Mining Company in 1805 in Massachusetts. Volume two includes a copy of the incorporation act and stock shares. Boxed materials include schedules of stock shares sold, deeds, bills for labor and supplies, receipts for assessments, and duplicates of documents found in the bound volumes.
