With climatic conditions moderate and delightful, conducive to good health and favorable for manufacturing, making possible a low cost of living and moderate wages acceptable. Tributary to Charlotte is water power of at least electrical horse power, available to the manufacturer at less than two - thirds of what steam power will cost.
