'Use Me, Lord' is a collection of short, easy- to- read, true stories from the author's life. These amazing stories reveal the Power of God in everyday life. When one permits God to use them for His Glory, extraordinary events unfold. This book was written to glorify God, lead others to Christ and allow everyone to realize they can be used of God through simple surrender to His will. Stories include God's direction for the author to move with her husband and children from the only home they had ever known to a location far away from family, friends, and church. These stories will encourage and strengthen you to wait on the Lord to provide for your needs. Realizing God's visible answers to prayer will draw you closer to Him. The author's passion for the lost and God's call on her life to win souls for the Kingdom of God is evident. Having delayed God's direction to write this book because she was "too busy", the author lost her job. After allowing her a few days of self-pity and crying He instructed, "Now write the book." Her willingness to lose it all to say "Yes" to God is testimony of her faith. 'Use Me, Lord' will bring you to tears and make you laugh while allowing you to reflect on what you are doing for the glory of God. Helena Ohmen lives with her husband Fred in White Pine, Tennessee. He’s not just a piece of meat—he’s got a story to tell. And she’s got all night to listen. In this tantalizing romance, MJ Fields and Chelsea Camaron prove that when life knocks you down, you get up swinging. They call him “Kid.” At seventeen, he killed a man with his bare hands. Showing no remorse, he spent seven years in Baraga Correctional Facility. Now, at twenty-four, Kid has stepped back into the world with no family, no job, and nowhere to go. Luck has never been on his side. But love just might be. . . . Tatum always wanted to write the kind of gritty, important books that are supposed to make a difference in the real world. But to make ends meet, she’s considering a new genre: romance. She knows she needs a muse, like the half-naked hunks on all of those trashy covers. Tatum just has no idea where to find one—until she catches the eye of a hard-bodied bad boy who’s so sexy it’s almost scary. Kid is shocked when cute, squeaky-clean Tatum approaches him with a very forward proposition. Will Kid let a woman use him, or will he fight the desire he feels?

Lord, Im Available; You Can Use Me is written as a handbook for men and women in ministry and for those who are seeking to serve God effectively and to influence their generation. God will use anybody and any situation to serve his purpose. He is the Creator of all things and Lord of all the earth; he can reach out, touch, and take anything he chooses for use, but it is not just anybody he uses for an honorable assignment. Through the pages of Lord, Im Available; You Can Use Me, you will discover: the generation of them who are seekers of God; the three categories of people in churchesspectators, receivers, and worshippersand what they bring; what God found in David, the son of Jesse, causing him to raise him to be a great king of Israel and an ancestor of Jesus; the five types of vessels that God takes and uses for great and honorable assignments; the gifts of the Spirit, why they are given, and how to operate them; ways of staying spiritually healthy and connected to God; and why the Second Coming of Jesus tarries. God is always seeking for men and women upon whom he can pour out his Spirit for the end-time revival and harvest. There is a time of great harvest before us. God is seeking for someone he can bless spiritually, financially, and materially; someone he can use to execute his plan and purpose here on earth. He is seeking for someone he can use to change a nation, empower the weak, undo poverty in the life of someone, and help bring freedom and dignity to a people. You can be that person God is seeking for.
The exquisitely artful fiction debut of Vanity Fair columnist Elissa Schappell is a novel told in ten stories that resonate with the most profound experiences in the life of a young woman -- friendship and rivalry, the love for a man, the birth of a child, and the death of a father.
Doubt, self-pity, insecurity, and discouragement: these rob many young people of the opportunity to give themselves a chance to use their potential. By not venturing to do so, they neglect their purpose or live it half-heartedly, if they dare. Worse than that, many young people never think of themselves as people God can or wants to use. They magnify their weakness, devalue their worth, and give up on hope. To them, their situation is unlike any other and nothing good can be done by them, through them, or with them. This book shatters that mindset and encourages children and young people to believe that God wants to and does use “ordinary” people to do great things for His purpose. It challenges the reader to shift their focus from their weaknesses and allow God to work in and through them. It references Bible characters whom God used and points to some of their own shortcomings, not in a demeaning manner, but as a way of inspiring hope in the reader. Finally, it gives some biblical pointers and keys to prepare oneself for God’s use.
My book is about the vicissitudes of life that God can take you through any adversity you are experiencing on your journey in life and bring you to your consciousness by faith, from your lowest point to the largest point in life. God wants us to depend on him solely for everything, and not to put our trust in material things of life, as long as we believe Jesus is God’s son who came into this world to be the Savior. Jesus doesn’t want us to condemn ourselves, but to be saved. We need to respond to God’s love and believe in his Son Jesus Christ. God certainly loves us. What a comfort to know that his assurance is there. Even when you are weighed down with care and confusion with worry and nervousness. Beyond our life, if we really and truly have faith in God and in his word, His promise of eternal life makes our life complete. If we can only gain this view of our life, then much of our pain and unhappiness in our daily lives would vanish. Things that annoy you in the day or month or year will disappear because beyond them lies the unending views of life with God. The issue of a believer’s security in Christ has been abused by some. He doesn’t want you to live carelessly but if you go that way he is waiting with outstretched hands to receive you, once you are penitent.

We see; we hear; we make use of many common things throughout our lives but do we ever really see those things? Do we ever really acknowledge or pay attention to our surroundings? This book is intended to accentuate those things that we see and use on an everyday basis; basic things that, if they could speak, would be attempting to explain to us who and what they are. How easily would we be able to recognize them while reading that particular objects descriptive review? These are not abstract objects; they are part of our everyday lives, and your challenge, while reading what these things have to say, is to ascertain who or what is communicating with you, if posible, before reaching the final descriptive paragraph. So, turn the pages and tell me Who Am I ?
