Pablo is a hardworking, upstanding police officer, proud of his long marriage and lovely family. Through decades of quiet dedication and single-minded devotion he has achieved the successes one strives for in life, both with his family and career. Close to retirement and to sitting back and enjoying the fruits of a successful career and marriage, a malicious spurious complaint at work should have no material consequences on his life, but it starts a domino effect, and before long he finds himself shockingly dismissed, divorced, without a home, and with a criminal record. This story explores a convoluted tragic journey of divorce, rich with emotion, loss, betrayal, revenge and confusion. Along the way it explores the dynamics of what makes a relationship weak and vulnerable, or strong and resolute. It's not a miserable story, but one of resilience, hope, and true love. It is told with an immense depth of feeling, insight, humour and faith, and there are many truly surprising twists and turns as the story unfolds.
Young, handsome Colin Whelan was a magnet for women, who always fell for his seductive charms. Little did they know that underneath his cool exterior lay a twisted desire to kill. Behind the facade of normality lay a psychopathic mind struggling to control its homicidal urges. Having seduced and married his sweetheart Mary Gough, Whelan immediately began planning her brutal murder. While his young wife dreamed of a love-filled marriage, Whelan searched the internet for information on serial killers and the methods they used to strangle their victims. Compelling and disturbing, this book reveals how Whelan murdered his wife to claim a hefty life insurance policy, and how he faked his own suicide when he became the prime suspect for the murder. Till Death Do Us Part offers a fascinating insight into the true motivation behind one of Irelands most notorious murders, and is a horrifying story of love, lust, revenge and murder - all the more shocking because every word is true.

"A gospel-infused framework for the kind of loving correction that will help all of us train up a child in the way he or she should go." Bob Lepine, Cohost, FamilyLife Today Parenting can be a challenge. Sometimes it seems like all we do is give directions and all children do is disobey. How can we promote good behavior and a peaceful home without becoming harsh drill sergeants on the one hand or passive pushovers on the other? This book aims to help you better understand loving correction through clear steps and practical tips aimed at transforming not only your children's behavior but also their hearts. God gave and certainly He has all authority to take away; never needing to give any warning neither does He have to give any explanation to any one or give reason for His decisions. God is the creator of everything, and certainly life and death is in his hands. None of us know when it starts and neither does anyone know when it shall end, so we live each day like it will never end and embrace the next moment as its as last. Each day we awaken, we are granted time and space for this is all we have been given to be sure of and no one knows what else there is that we shall face before our days come to a close. So we live our lives in the process of time while each moment is filling with uncertainties in life. One thing comes, another leaves; something rises up and another falls; while one moves forward, another stands still; one cries and another is fill with laughter; some embrace love, but still there are those that hold on to hate; many become rich, and his brother remains poor; one seeks for his destiny, but the other man chooses not to care what it may hold; one studies to be educated, yet the other leaves it to those that feel it matters, for to him, it has no meaning. While war is in our midst, a baby is being born; some tables are set while another seek the crumbs from the trash of others; one is covered, but some still remain naked; some have much to share, still their greed holds shut their hands and another goes without; many lay in their beds while others seek shelter on the streetsfor this we share in our life and this it is for everyone, for there is nothing else for us to do. Without hope in God, many are bound to lose, so I pray its Him that you will chose, for nothing else really matters and all will come to an end, yet we must keep living . . . Until Death Does It Part!
Until Death Does Its Part is a term people equate to a ceremony or consider useful only in a matrimonial vow. However, it is pertinent in the lives of Christians every day. The Light affliction that God's chosen people suffer and die to are for a more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. Death has to do its part in us, meaning the dying of one's self to the will of our creator God. When we choose to give God what he is longing for in our lives without compromise, we reap the benefits of a peaceable fruit. Death has a part in living the victorious abundant life. God's son died for us, and we must die to self without reservation. The fullness of time has come for the manifestation of the sons of God. Only those who have died to self will reap the harvest. John 3:3""7 lets us know that not only are Christians born again when we come to salvation, but we also continue dying to self as part of the sanctification process. But the dying to self is not easy and must be embraced daily with tenacity and confidence in knowing that he who brought us to this will also bring us through it. Every step on the ladder takes us up higher and the temptation, sometimes greater, but in the midst of it all, we remember the third day of being elevated. The seed that falls to the ground and die will indeed reproduce a ripe harvest and be raised as a testimony of his glory. Living out our destiny and purpose will promote us to dying a thousand deaths to this life. But we were made for this. We must accept what God is calling us to""Until Death Does Its Part!
