Practically Speaking, the Company is all cash, its credit to new members being limited to semi-annual or quarterly pay ments. It is very desirable that old members should understand that the amount of premium notes now outstanding against their policies may remain as a debt thereon, subject to the usual rate of interest, provided the future premiums are made payable in cash, in which event the returns of surplus will be credited upon the.
