Excerpt from Twenty-Fourth Biennial Report of the Trustees, Superintendent and Treasurer of the Illinois Institution for the Education of the Blind, at Jacksonville: July 1, 1896 We are pleased to report the completion and equipment of the Gymnasium Building. For the appropriation the State never obtained' a better one. It is a model of its kind. Money never brought more pleasure, healthfulness or comfort than has this appropriation. And its usefulness to the Institution in the physical development of its pupils will be inestimable. The care and attention bestowed upon the pupils has been watchful, loving and considerate; their food has been of. The best and in abundance, and general good health has prevailed. Not a single complaint in any of these particulars has come to us. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
