It's Time to Heal is for the young woman that secretly has enough of life and the constant battle of feeling insecure in herself; she is intentional about breaking out from her secret struggles, but still seeks to compare herself with others. Yes, she desires to be healed, but her past is battling with her future. She knows what it is like to feel left out and often ends up hidden in the corner broken. No one knows the real agony she faces, so she puts it on with a smile and a few laughs. But little did she know that something is missing: HEALING. This book is a guide that reminds her of the Father's love and His promise in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give YOU a future and a hope". She will be uplifted knowing that her future is bright and that healing is available when she makes the choice.

"Looking ahead into the dark, my compass, depth gauge and diving watch confirmed that we were headed towards our target in enemy waters. The mission was clear: to eliminate ships at anchor, ships that were planned to carry out an attack against civilians in Israel. Onboard them were Zodiac rubber boats, AK-47 Kalashnikov assault rifles, RPG anti-tank rockets and plenty of ammunition. The Palestinian terrorists who had been trained for their deadly mission were set to execute their attack two nights later. This was a race against time. After a stealth approach into the harbor, I identified my target and attached the explosives. For a moment, my memories took me back in time. I was hiding in a bush, an 11-year-old boy, during a terrorist attack, escaping sure death. Activating the time-controlled detonators, I felt the closure of another circle of destiny. An attack against my home, was thwarted. Yotam Dagan, an Israeli navy SEAL, shares his personal journey from being a soldier and fighting wars to healing the invisible wounds of psychological trauma and PTSD. Theda and Clara Wearmouth were named after their mother's favourite film stars, but that is the only glamour in their lives; the thirties are lean years in the Durham coalfields, and the Wearmouths are hard pushed to get by. She meets Major Ken Collins, whose cool exterior belies his warm and passionate nature and allows herself to love again, but then Theda is faced with the most agonising dilemma of her life...
A year ago, I set out to write a book that would inspire others. I chose a wide range of people to speak on important topics that affect all of us in our day to day life. I have woven my biography into interviews with a variety of actors, musicians and motivational speakers who I have had the good fortune of calling friends. We dive deep into the topics of mental health, addiction, LGBTQ equality, the loss of a parent, spirituality, activism, representation, family, the importance of mentors, the healing power of the arts and humor. All of the people in the book wanted to use their voices to raise awareness, and provide encouragement and support to those struggling with similar hardships. This book is about unity, hope and inspiration, which is so needed in today's world. My desire is for everyone reading this book to walk away feeling hopeful and optimistic, if they are struggling in any way. The following people contributed their stories via interviews: Kris Allen, Chance Perez, Adam Hurstfield, Chance Hurstfield, Abigail Hawk, Conor Michael Smith, DeVon Franklin, Marco James, Robert Palmer Watkins, Jordi Vilasuso, Wils, Davi Santos, James Byous, Liris Crosse, Aspen Kaye, David A. Gregory, Cory Jeacoma, Everett S. Weston, Damon Gillespie, Jonathan Coords, Malachi Coords, Justin Paul, Matthew Sauvé, Alan Trinca, Andy Senor Jr., CYCLE (Christien Morneweck), Virginia Coe, Derek Connors, Tania Connors, Justiin Davis, Jay Louie and Dominick LaRuffa Jr.
