Organization - Conference was then called to order, and Bernard F. Lipscomb, secretary of the last Conference, called the roll of clerical mem bers in chronological order, and also the roll of lay delegates, and 228 clerical members and 22 lay members answered to their names. On motion, Bernard F. Lipscomb was elected secretary, and Jesse T. Whitley and Frank L. Wells assistant secretaries.
