The Revelatory Name of God examines how God used his name as a form of self-discosure in the Old Testament. Originally, the revelation of God's proper name (YWHH) was bequeathed to the Nation of Israel just prior to their deliverance from Egyptian bondage (Exodus 3:13-15).
