The book and video series, “The Next Thing: Dealing with Crisis in Personal Life” Is Cecil Taylor's first book and third video series. Cecil places discipleship in the middle of crisis, urging participants to be obedient and trusting in crisis, controlling their response to crisis while leaving the outcome in God's care. “The Next Thing” outlines a four part model of Simplify, Trust, Rest and Grieve that enables our response to crisis.
