Luke Milbourne was born 18 October 1622 in Loughborough, Leicestershire, England. He married Phoebe in 1647. They had four known sons. Their son, William, married Hannah and they had five known children. William also married Susanna Turfey in about 1686 in Saco, Maine. They had five known children. William died in 1699 in Boston, Massachusetts. Descendants and relatives lived throughout the United States.

Jonathan Waggaman (1679-ca. 1724)--son of Hendrick Gillissen Waggaman and Winnefred Schin of The Netherlands--was born in London, and married Margaret Elliott in 1707. They immigrated to Accomack County, Virginia, and later moved to Somerset County, Maryland. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., New York and elsewhere.

James Hardison (1759-1842) was born in Martin County, North Carolina. After serving in the Revolutionary War he migrated to Maury County, Tennessee where he married Mary Roberson in about 1789 and Mary Smithwick in 1808 or 1809. Descendants and relatives lived in Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia.

John Urquhart (1802-1849) was believed to have been born in Cumber- land Co., N.C., and died in Talbot or Marion Co., Georgia. He was married (1) ca. 1830 in Butts Co., Ga. to a widow, Ruth Mitchel Rhodes (1786-1835). She had seven children with her first husband William Rhodes. She and John Urquhart had no children. He married (2) 1837 in Talbot Co., Ga. Euphemia Parker (1813-1877), the daughter of Stephen W. Parker and Elizabeth Ridley. They were parents of three children: William Henry (1838-1864); Maryan Eliza- beth (1840-1844); and Amanda M. (1850-1926).
