The Broken Vessel is the story of Charlotte, who like many of us, like many scared little girls who grow into adults with past trauma and abuse. She was born to open the discussion of mental and physical abuse we regrettably never discuss. As an adult, Charlie realized her trauma was not her fault, but healing was her responsibility. Can she heal and help others do the same, or will she perpetuate negative cycles? Will she be a victim or a vessel? Join the discussion and learn the answers to these questions in The Broken Vessel.
The purpose of this book, Mending Broken Vessels, is to open the Word and show how God can fix all that are broken, Heal all that are hurting, Rebuild that which was torn down. Relationships come and go, but those that remain are tested over time. Then there are some relationships that are supposedly safe-havens to grow and cherish, but that safety can become violated and the results can be devastating. Psalms 34:18 tells us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
"This book will impact your life and spiritual walk, equipping you with a greater understanding of the workings of the kingdom of darkness so that you might overcome and defeat every foe who attempts to trap you behind the bars of defeat." -Willie J. Bacote, Pastor of Healing Springs Ministries "Mary's book instills healing and Holy Spirit power along with pragmatic resources and tools that will guide you through your own freedom, healing, and transformation." -Dr. Dave Collins, Global Quest Ministries "Mary Bezon shares her personal, often agonizing journey. Through her shared dreams and visions, you will discover astounding insight into the heart of God." -Dr. Cindy Holman, Author "Each time an abuse victim draws back the curtain on their story, it seems we are learning human dignity anew, horrified by its trampling underfoot. Mary has further developed my awareness of the possible ocean of hurt in any person I meet today, despite their very normal appearance, helpfulness, or smiles." -Father Eamon Kelly LC, Vice Director of Magdala in the Holy Land "As I read Healing A Broken Vessel, I was struck by this reality-Mary Bezon is a woman of the heart-and her heart is for God Himself. Despite all the trauma and setbacks she has experienced, she continues to seek to walk with Him heart to heart." -Mark Head, Founder and Director of The Norman Foundation

The seven steps to inner healing described in this book were learned through much pain and struggle by the author as she journeyed from childhood wounds to wholeness. Each chapter weaves the story of a present-day woman's struggle with that of a woman from the Bible. Includes questions and suggestions for growth.

The purpose of this three-part manuscript is to encourage others like myself to believe that God is with them and working all things out to His glory and their good. Beginning by describing my life in a detailed autobiographical section. In this section I relate the circumstances surrounding my pregnancies and children's births; my relationship with an abusive husband, and what followed after his death; a tragic accident and a miraculous recovery; the loss of my fiancée to an untimely death; and my experience as a foster parent. The second part is an exhortation to always walk in love, no matter what; to crucify the flesh and walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. I challenge the Church to wake up and do her job, for a dying world is waiting in need. The final part is a series of poems written by me, which describe my walk and relationship with my Heavenly Father.
