The aim is to demonstrate how fairy tales can be connected to other subjects and how this connection can be used to give teachers a course in literature. It is the hope of the author that this book may serve as an example of one way to train teachers using a single motif in fairy tales. Additionally, it may introduce some educational theories that are relevant to practical teaching in the classroom.
