Henry Kinne was born in England in 1623. His parents were Puritans and went from England to Holland and then America to obtain religious freedom. He came to America about 1635 and settled in Salem. He married twice and both his wives were named Anne. He had six children and information on many of his descendants are included in this volume. Descendants live in New England and throughout the United States.

William Kinney (birth date, place and parents not listed) died in 1770 in Desarte, Little Creek [Hd?], Sussex County, Delaware. He married Mary (birth date, place and parents not listed). She died after 1770. They were the parents of 4 children. Descendants have lived in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana, Maryland, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, Oregon and elsewhere in the United States.

William Stockwell (ca. 1650-1727/28) was born in Scotland. He came to America before 1685 and settled in Ipswich, Massachusetts. He married Sarah Lambert in 1685, and they later moved to Sutton, Massachusetts. Descendants and relatives lived throughout New England and the rest of the United States.
