I had made frequent examinations which left no room for doubt in my mind that it was a breech presentation. As my patient did not show any symptoms otherwise than natural labor, I concluded to let nature take her course, and fight it out on that line ifit took all summer. Nevertheless I found that the loss of sleep during the two previous nights and attending to a very large number of patients during the day was telling my strength.
