"In summary, the implementation of the Tribal Environmental Restoration Program during the 1999 calendar year resulted in significant developments in participating Interior Alaska Tribes' capacities to more effectively participate in DoD environmental restoration activities in and around their communities. As such, TERP's first year ended with success. The following report characterizes the more specific accomplishments of TCC's TERP.
