Preface I was born in Manila on April 10, 1924. That makes me 93 years of age today in 2017, old enough to meet and talk to every President that has ever been elected to lead our country. There were 16 of them all in all, Emilio Aguinaldo of the First Republic; Jose P. Laurel of the Japanese Puppet Republic; Manuel L. Quezon and Sergio Osmea, of the Philippine Commonwealth; and 12 from the Second Republic: Manuel A. Roxas, Elpidio Quirino, Ramon Magsaysay, Carlos P. Garcia, Diosdado Macapagal, Ferdinand Marcos, Corazon Cojuangco Aquino, Fidel V. Ramos, Erap Estrada, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Benigno Aquino III, and Rodrigo A. Duterte. Count them, an even dozen. My greatest adventure was of the mind, when I was ten years old and in Grade Three. I participated in an IQ test taken by the Secretary of Public Instruction and all teachers and school supervisors and students in the Philippines. And was told by Secretary Joseph Hayden himself that I was the brightest in the land, with an IQ of 170, like that of Albert Einstein. My grandfather Don Daniel Maramba who became a Senator, was so proud of me he volunteered to buy all the books I wanted. The first I bought was a 20-volume set of the Book of Knowledge, which I read in 20 days and got myself a college education at the age of ten. From the age of 10 to 80, I read one book every day, a total of 25,500 books a day till I was 80 years old, lived the lives and imbibed the thoughts of the greatest minds of the 20th century. After World War II, I enrolled as a student in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the best engineering (CONT. INSIDE)TABLE OF CONTENTS Page Preface 01 World Figures 1. Albert Einstein 02 2.
