"Elliot, we welcome you to the CIA." Agent Larson extends his hand. "My assistant Myra will be getting in touch with you on your travel and arrival procedures." Stop the bread truck. Again. "Travel procedures?" I ask. "You mean, I won't be working in my bedroom?" "No, Agent Larson says. "Working from a home base has the risk of being traced. You will need to travel to a remote location and perform the operation there so that there is no chance of this." "And where will that be?" I ask. "Europe." Suddenly, Spring Break just got a whole lot more interesting. Elliot Spence is an ordinary 6th grade kid that is used to blending into the background and not being noticed. After distorting a government website, the CIA comes knocking at his door. Instead of throwing him in prison, they recruit him for a top secret mission. Surrounded by a team of professional agents, Elliot takes off on a wild adventure to stop the evil Sergei Balmonvic from misusing stolen information. Along the way, though, Elliot learns the most important lesson of all-ordinary is extraordinary.
