The "Campaign" cut 2462 shows a Black man among the audience members who are listening to a candidate's speech. Numbers 54-55, 1790, 492, 502, and 510 in the Ornaments section show small figures who appear to be male and female fugitives from slavery, self-emancipated individuals, or formerly enlsaved people returning "home" to a plantation.
