"The purpose of this directory is to provide readily accessible information about the agencies rendering social services to Minneapolis residents. It is designed primarily to facilitate inter-agency cooperation and for this reason includes basic information on agency activities, programs, and services. Where possible, eligibility requirements, referral policies and procedures, as well as location of district offices, clinics, etc., have also been included.
