Shenandoah is situated in the Southwestern part of Iowa, fifty miles from Omaha, Nebraska. The soil here is especially adapted to the growing of a general line of Nursery Stock. Our railroad facilities are excellent. We are on the Chicago, Burlington Quincy, Wabash and Keokuk Western Railroads. We have low freight rates and direct lines to Chicago, St. Louis, Omaha, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Denver and other leading points. WE advise parties to send in their orders early before our assortment of stock is broken. The mode of conveyance by which stock is to be forward ed should be stated. In absence of' particulars, we for ward same to the best of our judgement, but ln no case will we assume responsibility after consign ment to purchaser.
