Among the files are a structural assessment of the concrete bleachers, an historic structure report for Eureka, value analysis of C.A. Thayer, and a long range interpretive plan.

Park operations and vessels. Included are files on Alma, C.A Thayer and Eureka. In addition there are brochures, Calendars (newsletters) and visitor comments. Of note are Alma measurements, 1988; visitor comments, 1991; Calendars, 1990-1992; Eureka bilge pump instruction, undated; C.A. Thayer preservation surveys, 1957, 1987, 1989; Park brochure 1992; Schooner C.A. Thayer historic structure report, 1991 draft; The Herculean, 1990.
Documents pertaining to various vessels including Jeremiah O'Brien, Hercules, Alma, Eureka, Eppleton Hall, and C.A. Thayer. The collection has documentation for work done on Hyde Street Pier, Haslett Warehouse; and repairs to Kirby and Conzelman Roads. Included are correspondence, memos, press releases, newspaper clippings, specifications, historic structure reports, and dailies (daily diaries of vessel maintenance). Much of the vessel repairs were performed by Tri-Coastal Marine, Inc.
Items include the Bill of Sale for Balclutha; "Ship's," "Watchmen's" and "Smooth" logs, written by the Museum's crew of the Balclutha, describing routine maintenance, weather, etc. (1955--1977); and brochures, booklets, leaflets, invitations, programs regarding maritime history, San Francisco Maritime State Historic Park, and the ships Alma, Thayer, Eppleton Hall, Balclutha, and Pampanito (1971-1993).
Files maintained by Timothy Przygocki, Safety Manager at San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park. These files contain inspection reports called SHE's or safety, health and environmental inspections on the vessels, structures and grounds of the Park. Also included here are specific safety issues, documents about the activities of the Central Safety Committee and Inspections Subcommittee, and training activity.
