He married (1) Hannah Elizabeth Kinnison (ca. 1717-1761), daughter of Edward Kinnison and Mary Greenaway, in 1732 in Burlington Co., N.J. He married (2) Rebekah? ca. 1761. Fourteen children are recorded in this book, he supposedly had twenty.
