This book includes extended and revised selected papers from the 8th International Conference on Smart Cities and Green ICT Systems, SMARTGREENS 2019, and the 5th International Conference on Vehicle Technology and Intelligent Transport Systems, VEHITS 2019, held in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, in May 2019.
