In 2003 and 2005, the author experienced two dark therapy retreats. For a period of 12 and 24 days, respectively, in the confines of a completely darkened room, and in the absence of any external distractions, Saskia John was confronted exclusively with herself for 24 hours of every day. The only interruption was a one-hour daily debriefing session with her facilitator. Both journeys into the depths of her soul served to expand her consciousness, as well as presenting experiences of an exploratory, integrational and adventurous nature. She was able to investigate hitherto unknown territory, which often took her to her personal limits, and at times, even beyond. The account presents a cross section of the experiential spectrum of the human psyche and is aimed at readers interested in the subject areas of psychology, transformation, spirituality, mysticism, healing of the Inner Child, lucid dreaming, dream analysis, deep meditation, Tai Chi, fasting and Beingness experiences.
Poems about life, illusion and desillusion. Written by an introvert, almost autistic soul. And for those who make it to the very end of the book there will be a short story about what can happen when you hold on too long, when you cannot find the strength to finish a condemned condition.

The "Can" in K'anthology. One never really knows or realizes their full promise or potential until it is placed before them in the form of a gift or blessing. This particular gift came from God, was planted like a mustard seed of faith in the mind, and shines like a beacon of light in the heart. Every time one gives a small piece of oneself to another, no matter who they may be, it is enriching and enlightening. That is enough to inspire this writer to be what he has become. This is God's way of telling him, "Yes, you can!"
Giving Birth to New Beginnings, is basically about giving birth to new beginnings through the works of faith; in ones or many lives to bring about changes in their lifes spiritually and naturally. Characters inside the book talks and pray about their trials and tribulations what they went through and how God allowed them to be born of his spirit and not of the flesh. All of the characters have sacrificed themselves as offerings to the Lord on the alter, by praying with an interception in the spirit. As well, they have released their duty of the flesh in order to gain the duty of the spirit. The duty of the flesh suits man, but the duty of the spirt suits the Lord. Through the nostrils of the Lord he smelled the characters characteristics of their prayers and allowed them to be born of his spirit. Each character demonstrates their characteristics how they laid out on the alter, waiting upon the Lord to receive birth in the spirit.
