This is an open access book. As the biggest university in Jambi province, Indonesia, Universitas Jambi has played an essential role as a key-player in both human and natural resources development in Jambi province. We have successfully developed cooperation in all sectors of development in Jambi province, Indonesia. We have contributed to a variety of activities such as research, community services, consultancies, and training services and provided some experts to speed up the development of Jambi Province and Indonesia in general. Today, Jambi University consistently seeks innovative methods to participate more actively in an inter-discipline study for sharing research on green development in all areas of knowledge, science, and expertise. In doing so, the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Universitas Jambi hosted the fourth Green Development International Conference in 2022, carried out once every two years. Pepper Virome: Molecular Biology, Diagnostics and Management presents detailed information about the plant viruses that infect pepper worldwide, providing crucial insights for both the scientific community and producers. Understanding the nature of the viruses, their transmission methods and possible sources of resistance in order to minimize the yield losses as well as to reduce the spread of these viruses to new locations or countries is of global importance.Pepper is an important commodity worldwide. It is cultivated for both fresh produce and for processing industry as a spice. However, various diseases affect pepper production and cause significant yield losses in pepper yield. The increasing outbreaks of virus species infecting Capsicum spp. have become a major problem for growers. A combination of factors, including expansion and intensification of pepper cultivation, availability of volunteer hosts, abundance of insect vectors and climate change have all contributed to the issue. Pepper Virome provides in-depth information on both the viruses infecting peppers, and eco-friendly management measures to decrease the rate of spread of viruses. This is an open access book.The 6th Biennial Conference of the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) Nigeria, with the theme 'Diversity and Innovation in Science for Sustainable Development,' took place from July 2nd to July 6th, 2023. The conference commenced each day at 10 am and kicked off with a Pre-Conference Workshop titled 'Equipping Next Generation Researchers.'
