The Pesticide Data Submitters List is a compilation of names and addresses of reistrants who wish to be notified and offered compensation for use of their data. It was developed to assist pesticide applicants in fulfilling their obligation as required by sections 3(c)(1)(D) and3(c)(2)(D) of the Federal INsecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and 40 CFR Part 152, Subpart E regarding ownership of data used to support registration. This listing consists of two parts: 1) a sequential list sorted by chemical code number, (including the corresponding data submitter(s) and the type of data submitted, i.e., acute toxicity, residue chemistry) and 2) an index to the chemical code arranged alphabetically by chemical name. This document is published once a year. Paperback copies range approx. 1,300 pages.
