Martin. Question Thirteen - Question thirteen was taken up. The char acter of District Superintendent G. W. Barnes was passed and he read his report. (see report.) At' the suggestion of the bishop the Doxology was sung. The character of District Superintendent J. D. Gillilan was passed and he read his report.
