This book was originally written in 1997 but was unpublished and local to Nashville, Tennessee. Over the years, many have continually asked me about its circulation, so I am now reintroducing it to the masses. I hope the information in this book will give clear guidelines to easy body maintenance. The language is so simple and defined that Ive entitled it Nutrition in a Nutshell: Healing with Herbs.
