In this paper a new concept is called n-valued interval neutrosophic sets is given. The basic operations are introduced on n-valued interval neutrosophic sets such as; union, intersection, addition, multiplication, scalar multiplication, scalar division, truthfavorite and false-favorite.
“Neutrosophic Sets and Systems” has been created for publications on advanced studies in neutrosophy, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic logic, neutrosophic probability, neutrosophic statistics that started in 1995 and their applications in any field, such as the neutrosophic structures developed in algebra, geometry, topology, etc.
In this paper, we have investigated neutrosophic soft expert multisets (NSEMs) in detail. The concept of NSEMs is introduced. Several operations have been defined for them and their important algebraic properties are studied. Finally, we define a NSEMs aggregation operator to construct an algorithm for a NSEM decision-making method that allows for a more efficient decision-making process.
Neutrosophic set is a powerful general formal framework. A lot of studies on neutrosophic had been proposed and recently, in multi-valued interval values. However, sometimes there is problem involving elements of ambiguity and uncertainties in which the function of membership is difficult to be set in a particular case.
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems (NSS) is an academic journal, published quarterly online and on paper, that has been created for publications of advanced studies in neutrosophy, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic logic, neutrosophic probability, neutrosophic statistics etc. and their applications in any field.

Neutrosophic theory and its applications have been expanding in all directions at an astonishing rate especially after of the introduction the journal entitled “Neutrosophic Sets and Systems”. New theories, techniques, algorithms have been rapidly developed. One of the most striking trends in the neutrosophic theory is the hybridization of neutrosophic set with other potential sets such as rough set, bipolar set, soft set, hesitant fuzzy set, etc. The different hybrid structures such as rough neutrosophic set, single valued neutrosophic rough set, bipolar neutrosophic set, single valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set, etc. are proposed in the literature in a short period of time. Neutrosophic set has been an important tool in the application of various areas such as data mining, decision making, e-learning, engineering, medicine, social science, and some more.

In recent year, the mathematics of three-way fuzzy concept lattice is introduced to characterize the attributes based on its acceptation, rejection and uncertain part. One of the suitable example is descriptive analysis of opinion of people in a democratic country. This became complex for the country like India where opinion (i.e. vote) of people to choose the particular leader is based on 29 independent states and their distinct issues. Adequate analysis of these type of 29-valued data based on its acceptation, rejection and uncertain part is major issue for the government and private agencies. To resolve this issue current paper introduces n-valued neutrosophic context and its graphical structure visualization for descriptive analysis. In the same time an another method is proposed to some of the similar three-way n-valued concepts. To zoom in and zoom out the n-valued neutrosophic context at user required information granules with an illustrative example.
This paper proposes concept of bipolar neutrosophic refined set and its some operations. Firstly, a score certainty and accuracy function to compare the bipolar neutrosophic refined information is defined. Secondly, to aggregate the bipolar neutrosophic refined information, a bipolar neutrosophic refined weighted average operator and a bipolar neutrosophic refined weighted geometric operator is developed.
