As a generalization of both single-valued neutrosophic element and hesitant fuzzy element, single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy element (SVNHFE) is an efficient tool for describing uncertain and imprecise information. Thus, it is of great significance to deal with single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy information for many practical problems. In this paper, we study the aggregation of SVNHFEs based on some normalized operations from geometric viewpoint. Firstly, two normalized operations are defined for processing SVNHFEs. Then, a series of normalized aggregation operators which fulfill some basic conditions of a valid aggregation operator are proposed. Additionally, a decision-making method is developed for resolving multi-attribute decision-making problems based on the proposed operators.
In order to take into account quantitative and qualitative information in real complex decision making issue, a multiple-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic set (MVNULS) is initially proposed, which includes the uncertain linguistic part and the multiple-valued neutrosophic set (MVNS). Consequently, it has the advantages of them in expressing evaluation information.
The neutrosophic set and linguistic term set are widely applied in recently years. Motivated by the advantages of them, we combine the multi-valued neutrosophic set and linguistic set and define the concept of the multi-valued neutrosophic linguistic set (MVNLS).
The neutrosophic cubic set can describe complex decision-making problems with its single-valued neutrosophic numbers and interval neutrosophic numbers simultaneously. The Dombi operations have the advantage of good flexibility with the operational parameter. In order to solve decision-making problems with flexible operational parameter under neutrosophic cubic environments, the paper extends the Dombi operations to neutrosophic cubic sets and proposes a neutrosophic cubic Dombi weighted arithmetic average (NCDWAA) operator and a neutrosophic cubic Dombi weighted geometric average (NCDWGA) operator. Then, we propose a multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) method based on the NCDWAA and NCDWGA operators. Finally, we provide two illustrative examples of MADM to demonstrate the application and effectiveness of the established method.
With respect to multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems in which the criteria denote the form of single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs), and the weight information is also fully unknown, a novel MCDM method based on qualitative flexible multiple criteria (QUALIFLEX) is developed. Firstly, the improved cosine measure of the included angle between two SVNSs is defined.
As an expansion of 2-tuple linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy set, the newly developed 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic set (2-TLNS) is more satisfactory to define decision maker’s assessment information in decision making problems. 2-TLN aggregation operators are of great significance in multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with a 2-tuple linguistic environment. Therefore, in this article our main contribution is to develop novel 2-TLN power Heronian aggregation (2-TLNPHM) operators.
Linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNN) is presented by Fang and Ye in 2017, which can describe the truth, falsity, and indeterminacy linguistic information independently. In this paper, the LNN and the Bonferroni mean operator are merged together to propose a LNN normalized weighted Bonferroni mean (LNNNWBM) operator and a LNN normalized weighted geometric Bonferroni mean (LNNNWGBM) operator and the properties of these two operators are proved.
The power Heronian aggregation (PHA) operator can use the advantages of power average and the Heronian mean operator, which together could take into account the interrelationship of the aggregated arguments, and therefore alleviate the e ects caused by unreasonable data through considering the support degree between input arguments. However, PHA operators cannot be used to process single-valued neutrosophic numbers (SVNNs), which is significant for extending it to SVNNs.
Linguistic neutrosophic information and its extension have been long recognized as a useful tool in decision-making problems in many areas. This paper briefly describes the development process of linguistic neutrosophic information expressions, and gives in-depth studies on seven different concepts and tools. At the same time, a brief evaluation and summary of the decision-making methods of its various measures and aggregation operators are also made. A comparative analysis of different linguistic neutrosophic sets is made with examples to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of decision making methods based on multiple aggregation operators and measures. Finally, according to the analysis of the current situation of linguistic neutrosophic information, the related trends of its future development are discussed.
