In real applications, most decisions are fuzzy decisions, and the decision results mainly depend on the choice of aggregation operators. In order to aggregate information more scientifically and reasonably, the Heronian mean operator was studied in this paper. Considering the advantages and limitations of the Heronian mean (HM) operator, four Heronian mean operators for bipolar neutrosophic number (BNN) are proposed: the BNN generalized weighted HM (BNNGWHM) operator, the BNN improved generalized weighted HM (BNNIGWHM) operator, the BNN generalized weighted geometry HM (BNNGWGHM) operator, and the BNN improved generalized weighted geometry HM (BNNIGWGHM) operator. Then, their propositions were examined. Furthermore, two multi-criteria decision methods based on the proposed BNNIGWHM and BNNIGWGHM operator are introduced under a BNN environment. Lastly, the effectiveness of the new methods was verified with an example.

This monograph discusses the theoretical and practical development of multicriteria decision making (MCDM). The main purpose of MCDM is the construction of systematized strategies for the "optimisation" of feasible options, as well as the justification of why some alternatives can be declared "optimal". However, at time, we must make decisions in an uncertain environment and such inconvenience gives rise to a much more elaborate scenario. This book highlights models where this lack of certainty can be flexibly fitted in and goes on to explore valuable strategies for making decisions under a multiplicity of criteria. Methods discussed include bipolar fuzzy TOPSIS method, bipolar fuzzy ELECTRE-I method, bipolar fuzzy ELECTRE-II method, bipolar fuzzy VIKOR method, bipolar fuzzy PROMETHEE method, and two-tuple linguistic bipolar fuzzy Heronian mean operators. This book is a valuable resource for researchers, computer scientists, and social scientists alike.
The aim of the paper is to find most optimistic results from among uncertain information or vague data. We theoretically use the notion of neutrosophic cubic sets to create enhanced decision-making models for multi-criteria. The advantage of neutrosophic cubic sets is that it comprehends the knowledge of neutrosophic sets and interval valued neutrosophic sets. Aggregation operators are used to retrieve the core information from a collection of data. So, this research executes aggregation operators for neutrosophic cubic sets dynamically. In this paper we avail the aid of hamy mean and dombi operations to establish fuzzy dombi hamy mean aggregation operators for neutrosophic cubic sets. This paper also explains the algebraic sum and scalar multiplication operations. A decision making methodology has been generated to prove the necessity of the proposed operators. Finally an illustration is provided from a real life decision making situation.
In this paper, we propose a new hybrid neutrosophic multi criteria decision making (MCDM) framework that employs a collection of neutrosophic analytical network process (ANP), and order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) under bipolar neutrosophic numbers. The MCDM framework is applied for chief executive officer (CEO) selection in a case study at the Elsewedy Electric Group, Egypt. The proposed approach allows us to assemble individual evaluations of the decision makers and therefore perform accurate personnel selection. The outcomes of the proposed method are compared with those of the related works such as weight sum model (WSM), weight product model (WPM), analytical hierarchy process (AHP), multi-objective optimization based on simple ratio analysis (MOORA) and ANP methods to prove and validate the results.
Multi-valued neutrosophic sets (MVNSs) have recently become a subject of great interest for researchers, and have been applied widely to multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems.
Neutrosophic sets, being generalization of classic sets, fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, can simultaneously represent uncertain, imprecise, incomplete, and inconsistent information existing in the real world. Neutrosophic theory has been developed in twenty first century and not much of arithmetic has been developed for this set.
In this paper, we introduce concept of bipolar neutrosophic set and its some operations. Also, we propose score, certainty and accuracy functions to compare the bipolar neutrosophic sets.
The aggregation operator is one of the most common techniques to solve multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems. The aim of this paper is to propose an MCDM method based on the improved single-valued neutrosophic weighted geometric (ISVNWG) operator. First, the defects of several existing single-valued neutrosophic weighted geometric aggregation operators in terms of producing uncertain results in some special cases are analyzed. Second, an ISVNWG operator is proposed to avoid the defects of existing operators. Further, the properties of the proposed ISVNWG operator, including idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity, and commutativity, are discussed. Finally, a single-valued neutrosophic MCDM method based on the developed ISVNWG operator is proposed to overcome the defects of existing MCDM methods based on existing operators. Application examples demonstrate that our proposed operator and corresponding MCDM method are effective and rational for avoiding uncertain results in some special cases.
