Tucker wants to give the King a gift in hopes that the King will help his friends. But what is the perfect gift for a King? Inspired by the #1 hit worship song by Chris Tomlin, this precious story teaches children about our Father God's unconditional love and acceptance and that the only gift God wants is our hearts. Grammy Award-winning music artist, Chris Tomlin, and Pat Barrett (Housefires) team up to tell the story of a little bear named Tucker whose life is forever changed when he learns just how great the King's love is for him. When Tucker's friends need help, he journeys to see the King who lives in a castle where the door is always open. Along the way, Tucker encounters a variety of humorous animals filled with ideas about what the King is like. Then finally, he meets the King who runs to him with open arms. I loved Sunday school because I loved the songs. The songs we sang during my weekly forty-five-minute Sunday school hour taught me about Jesus and love and salvation. Songs like "Deep and Wide" taught me about the immensity of God's love for me. "This Little Light of Mine" reminded me how Jesus gave me the responsibility to shine my light so others could learn about Him. "The B-I-B-L-E'" helped me to understand the importance of reading God's Word and using it to guide my life. "Joy in My Heart" instilled in me that I could have joy, no matter what, because I had Jesus. "The Apostle's Song" not only listed the name of Jesus' disciples but convinced me that I could be Jesus' disciple, too. Christians have a responsibility to search the Scriptures, moving from basic biblical truths to more advanced principles of Christianity, all the while growing in the knowledge and understanding of Jesus Christ. With that being said, however, I think it is helpful as maturing Christians to be reminded of simple truths. It is these basic truths of God's Word that guide us, encourage us, anchor us, and serve as a solid foundation for more study and greater contemplation of Biblical concepts and truths. Children need to learn that "Jesus loves me, this I know," but adults need to be reminded of this beautiful truth as well. I hope you enjoy this adventure as you remember songs you sang as children and hear them in a new and more profound way as maturing Christian adults.

Find fulfillment in knowing that every task, no matter how small, has incredible significance to God. A mom's work is never finished--from changing diapers and fixing meals, to helping kids with their homework. Often the first one to rise and the last one to sleep, a mom doesn't need a special award for her work; she just wants to feel like her work matters and is appreciated. But often, mothers don't always feel they are affirmed for all that they do. While moms tend to look to people for affirmation, the truth is, the only place to find this appreciation is to look to God. Based on Matthew 25:31-46, where Jesus tells his servants that the work they've done for the least of these, they have done directly for him, Well Done, Good and Faithful Mommy helps moms realize that everything they offer their children, they offer directly to Jesus. Moms will find fulfillment in knowing that every task they do, no matter how small, has incredible significance to God.
