Carroll came before the Association and asked that the welcome address be deferred until tonight. The address was deferred. Rev. Carroll then asked the Moderator and brethren for a few minutes to have a Covenant meeting. Says he, I want to hear from the brethren. I have been connected with this Association forty-six years and my Covenant is love to the brethren and the bounds. There were many brethren who spoke along the same line.
