Vacation He shall be entitled to two full weeks of vacation time, each year, with pay, provided he begins work for the Association not later than July 1. Vacation leave must be taken within the Calendar Year, except that as much as one week may be carried over to the subsequent year, upon the approval of the Associational Executive Committee. He shall be entitled to an additional day of vacation time for each full year of service, up to a maximum of four full weeks. If he comes into the employment of the Association later than July 1, he shall be given vacation time in proportion to the part of the year he has Worked. If he resigns from his position with an earned vacation, time shall be credited salary - wise. All vacation leave is to be arranged with the knowledge of the Chairman of the Associational Executive Committee. G. Holidays All legal holidays shall be observed with the office closed, unless special needs require that work be done during that time.
